Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions is only valid for ordering and buying images on www.animal-print.dk between private customers and animal-print.dk in so far they are not altered through explicit written agreement between the parts.
Order
An order is definitive when the pay is registered on animal-print.dk’s bank account.
Charge
Payment can be done in two ways:
- PayPal is the world's largest Internet payment system, where you can pay securely online by using international credit cards (e.g. VISA, MasterCard, American Express).
Note that there can not be used Dankort.
- Bank Transfer via Internet banking
You transfer the total payments for animal-print.dk's account in Danske Bank:
Order Number or your name shall be written in the text box on the transfer.
- Via MobilePay which is Danske Bank's mobile payment system and can be used by anyone, regardless of which bank they have. The only requirement is that the user has a smartphone, with the app MobilePay installed.
Payments by MobilePay must be made to no.: 49712.
You will not be charged any fee for payments via PayPal, as animal-print.dk hold these.
Prices
All prices include VAT
animal-print.dk express a reservation on typographical errors and reserves the right to make price changes without any further notice.

Beyond the then-current price for the selected product is animal-print.dk entitled to demand payment for extra work as a result of that user acquires corrections or changes in the ordered after the work has begun.
Redemption of Gift Certificate
If you're holding a Gift Certificate issued by animal-print.dk, the Gift Certificate number is entered, by ordering, in the designated box on the page with customer information. The amount of the Gift Certificate will then be deducted from the total purchases, including handling, which will appear in the Shopping Cart.
If you do not use the Gift Certificate full face value in a single order, the remaining amount can be used at a later date
Gift Certificate lapse after 3 years from date of issue.
Delivery
Delivery will be as soon as the total payment is registered on animal-print.dk’s bank account.
All products will be sent by the postal service, although pictures that are to be sent as E-mail, will be sent to the registered E-mail address.Framed pictures that are larger than 30x40 cm. shall be picked up from the animal-print.dk, unless, in each case agreed otherwise. Delivery due in this case by the buyer.
If the address specified in the order is incorrect or incomplete, so that the consignment is returned to animal-print.dk, all costs associated with new shipping should be paid by the user.
Force majeure
animal-print.dk have no responsibility for the customer's failure to provide for reproduction, duplication or distribution of letters, pictures, drawings, designs, illustrations, text, trademarks, other commercial properties and other equipment, including design or otherwise, which may be subject to the rights of third parties. animal-print.dk incurs liability towards third parties on the occasion of the book lack a legal basis for the exploitation of third-party entrant rights, keeps the customer animal-print.dk harmless for such a responsibility.
Complaints
All orders placed through www.animal-print.dk, is an individual product and is therefore not subject to return.
If the item, in connection with any shipment is damaged or otherwise fail to meet the agreement,the item and the invoice must be returned to animal-print.dk together with a full explanation of the complaint, and the error will then be attempt rectified. animal-print.dk will refund any shipping costs if the claim is justified.
Personal Data
animal-print.dk will not disclose personal information to any person or company unless the user expressly accepted. Unless otherwise indicated for a specific service or offer, all information supplied on order at animal-print.dk.dk will only be handled by animal-print.dk.
Property, reservations, copyright etc.
Please note, that the images in this gallery only may be used for browsing and that they under no circumstances can be published or linked to. Any violence against this will be prosecuted under the Law on Copyright.
For all the pictures taken by animal-print.dk, animal-print.dk retains the digital negative, therefore all reproduction of buying photo printing, with quality considerations, must be made through them.
All photos captured remains animal-print.dk's property, and all photographs are covered by 'Copyright Law'.
